LITTLE CASTLEs

For any change to happen according to GOD’s design there are processes of encounter that must serve as precedence and as time goes by, the point of encounter becomes the platform upon which change originates from and sustained. This place of encounter is the heart of man, the only place GOD desires to dwell apart from heaven. This is where GOD desires to encounter man and from there, HE would begin to wrought works that are holy and perfect and able to proffer lasting solutions in form of righteousness and peace.

As much as GOD wants to inhabit every heart by changing them to its specifications, HE desires something much more and that is the hearts that have not been tainted by impurities and filthiness of this world; the hearts of children that are naturally malleable and can be formed according to HIS utmost desires.

These are the Little CASTLEs – The altars of GOD that is pure enough to embody HIS Glory in a manner that has never been seen or experienced before. GOD looked and could only see these hearts as the custodians of the glorious future HE had designed even before the beginning of the earth.

So GOD is saying the guardians of The Little CASTLEs that HE does not want them to be shaped according to the devices and idiosyncrasies of men but the Truth of the Word of GOD which is the natural embodiment of GOD’s Glory and Majesty – as small as this CASTLEs are, HE has decided to make them as HIS abode and BUILDing them must be according to HIS specifications so they can be fit for Glory.

The dynamics is that these Little CASTLEs grow in leaps and bounds as per the rate the ONE who lives in them desires at any point in time. Unlike other bogus castles, The Little CASTLEs are living buildings and they grow in Grace and Truth simultaneously.

GOD is longing to raise a generation that will begin to move and grow according to HIS pure dictates and commands . . . growing only in the knowledge of GOD without any inclusion of the knowledge of“good and evil” that always makes man to hide from the presence of GOD.

TRUTH and DIPLOMACY

The Truth which is a crucial element that serves as the driving force behind all that we do in life and there are many dimensions that constitute to its definition. But in a very simple and clear term, truth can be defined as the reality as it is/should be.

This definition suggests that Truth is a reality and its dimensions are functions of the questions: What? Who? Why? Where? When? How?

Any reality must have these dimensions of reality embedded within it. Failure to address each dimension accordingly is synonymous to living a lie. So if you provide adequate response to all questions but one, you are already manufacturing a lie even when you do not know it.

The arrangement of these dimensions is dependent on the situation to be addressed. If the truth is a complete reality, then everything must be in place in order to facilitate a result that cannot be overturned i.e. (established and sustained).

Little wonder JESUS could not be overturned because HE is Truth personified. HE knows all the whats and hows of any condition or situation. As a matter of emphasis, HE is the ONE that factors all these dimensions of reality because they emanated and still emanates from HIM. HE is the reality GOD wants for everyone.

The real nature of Truth is absolute and anything less is falsehood. Homogeneity is what gives Truth its power i.e. intolerance to anything that is not pertaining to its make-up. The potency and sustainability power of the Truth is in the ability to stay as it is in any circumstance – Integrity

So the question needed to be asked is: “What is the relationship between Truth and Diplomacy?”

Diplomacy is explained as negotiation between nations; subtly skillful handling of a situation; and the wisdom in the management of public affairs.

These definitions have been interpreted and used falsely to create or foster false peace that cannot put a terminal end to violence that is prevalent in our world today. Diplomacy has become a tool for  misrepresenting the truth . . . no one sees it as a priority or the need to ensure that the dimensions of reality are addressed with integrity.

Every nation only attends to these dimensions of reality based on what they want others to believe. So they deliberately create a false reality. This unwholesome and wicked act is what is now commonly known as diplomacy. Diplomacy has been wrongly refined and redefined to be the process of bastardizing the truth in the bid to get the best out of negotiations.

Due to the homogeneous nature of the Truth, any bastardized Truth cannot be sustained no matter how skillful the bastardization is being done. The skillfulness or wisdom in Truth may either jeopardize or enforce its potency based on the motive behind its dissemination.

Truly, Diplomacy is simply the wisdom in sharing or the dissemination of the truth without diminishing its potency. If the truth is knowledge or a form of information, diplomacy is the wisdom or skillfulness for passing it across in a way that will reach out to the targeted audience positively even when the Truth is against them. Nevertheless, it is best to say the Truth simply as it is!

Many times, the energy used in distorting the Truth or crafting a lie is the same energy used in deploying its application strategically. It is a total waste of time, energy and resources if all we do is make people accept these lies that the world is portraying as The Truth.

07 | OF ZION, IN BABYLON: Babylon’s Proposal

Daniel 3: 4-12

Deep down in Nebuchadnezzar’s heart, he must have known by the reason of the interpretation of his dream that his government could not last forever. It was not a surprise that he made the golden image to try and solidify his reign as opposed to what GOD proposed. The revelation of GOD comes with solution. But because this solution means nothing less than destruction of all that Babylon represents, those who embody this revelation would face persecution and trials that would test their faith.

And because of Babylon’s knowledge of the revelation related to her, she would want to keep herself safe and would always want the LORD’s people to abide by these safety measures. She always proposes in her heart that as long as everyone accepts her reign and rulership, everything will be alright but little did she know that even the approval of men (of GOD inclusive) cannot stop what GOD had already purposed in His heart. Worship of Babylon starts from endorsing what is not GOD’s and it gradually moves to buying into her agenda.

This is another test of faith and absolute allegiance to GOD. We must not allow Babylon to drag us into what is majorly directed towards defying GOD. Our acceptance of the works of those who are not friend with GOD is the same as bowing down before the statute of Nebuchadnezzar. Accepting such works means that we accept the personalities of those who are at the helm of decision regardless of their sheer unGODliness.

We must know the heart of GOD concerning Babylon and even as we know, we must not buy into Babylon’s measure to avert the judgments that are already pronounced. The judgment of the LORD is always a delight to His people and Humanistic approach of Babylon cannot facilitate GOD’s approval!

06 | OF ZION, IN BABYLON: Critical Situation and GOD’s Revelation

Daniel 2: 10-23.

In the most critical times, man’s inspiration always fails and only the revelation of GOD is able to keep us safe and true. It is in these critical times that we would know those who spend time with the king in Babylon or the KING who presides over Zion.

During critical times of life, men of earthly wisdom give up ultimately in the end because they cannot go beyond the realm of men. Men of GOD get solutions because they are always tuned to GOD to simply know His heart.

Daniel’s song of gratitude reveals that without the revelation of GOD through CHRIST who is the embodiment of GOD’s wisdom, man has no answer to the world’s question other than death. GOD’s answer to the questions of this world is that HIS Life would destroy everything the world represents and HIS Peace would be ultimately established on earth as it is in Heaven.

All these experiences in Babylon is for the purpose of establishing the truth and power of GOD. Just like the magicians in Egypt, it must be proved by GOD’s orchestration that the revelation of CHRIST through the HOLY SPIRIT is the only way to navigate life till we finally attain the Life HE purposed for us. Some critical situations are for the purpose of establishing in the hearts of people that there is a LORD GOD Almighty.

The aim of every critical situation is the revelation of GOD through CHRIST JESUS. Critical situations are orchestrations for the revelation of GOD. When something like this wants to happen, GOD always keeps us in the dark and bring us to the light of things when all earthly inspirational options have be expended and exhausted . . .

05 | OF ZION, IN BABYLON: The Impossible Request

Daniel 2: 1 – 9

Babylon is an unfair system! It gives from the realm of possibility but expects impossibilities in return. Babylon nurtures so that he could kill and siphon every virtue out of his subjects. This is the exact opposite of what GOD desires for His people.

The world is a system that lures people in so as to demand impossibilities they cannot deliver even after all the ‘investments’ it must have made on them. The world system does this just to justify the destruction of the same people he lures. And rightfully, he would be justified unless GOD’s mercy through the death of CHRIST prevailed.

The ultimate reason behind the devil’s nurturing is simply destruction. he dulls their senses and fill them with all shades of lies till they could no longer believe in the Truth of the LORD that brings salvation – JESUS CHRIST.

Every magician, wise man and soothsayer could not solve the problem that the king of Egypt put before them because the same king has dulled their senses by his delicacies and encouraged them to practice spiritual exercises that would never connect them with the realm of GOD where answers are in abundance.

The irony behind all these is that GOD used this impossible scenario to establish his own people because HE rules in the affairs of all men. So the fact that the devil will never stop what he does through men is the same reason why the intensity of the Glory of GOD will multiply in the lives of His people . . .

03 | OF ZION, IN BABYLON: Proposition

Daniel 1: 9 – 14

Even though personal decisions have been made based on our convictions in the Law of GOD, we must put everyone around us at rest, especially those who the custodians of Babylon have assigned to us. Their report must be a good one to save them from cruelty and unnecessary complications even though we cannot afford to flow with the tide of the world.

This is the time to prove GOD before the people not for the purpose of making them believe that our trust is not in a dead god. This is where works is important after our profession of faith in GOD and His Laws.

Our proposition must never be out of a competitive heart but from a heart that does not want to be marred and changed by the world. This proposition must come from a heart that wants to be fit always in order to be able to serve in GOD’s court and in the epicentre of GOD’s agenda while functioning in the courts of men.

The proposition is futile if it does not prove the basis of our decision. So as we decide by faith, our proposition must be by the same faith. This faith must be kept even till the end. The result of this proposition must relieve us of any complications (not persecution) otherwise, we would either succumb to or weather through the storm of complications and persecutions from the onset. Sadly, this is what happens to most believers in this Babylon called world.

02 | OF ZION, IN BABYLON: Food and Language

Daniel 1: 3 – 8

 Just like JESUS, Daniel would not let the hunger for food and exotics take him away from GOD. Daniel was captured from Jerusalem and taken to Babylon just as we are born into this world but GOD desires that we triumph over this world of sin by righteousness. And this was what Daniel kept in his heart from his time in Babylon till his dying days.

Babylon is not without its wisdom and cleverness but CHRIST in us is the embodiment of GOD’s Wisdom that is True and Pure. Babylonian system knew of a fact that what changes a man quickly is food and language. Food, being what opens him up to accept what the food bringer is about to offer next; and language and literature when taught strategically, tend to change the person of the learner. It goes beyond curing ignorance to changing the behaviour and way of life of the person.

The most effective of attacks or assaults are the ones the victims accept or succumb to willingly. Just like CHRIST, Daniel’s delight was not in the choice and exotic food and wine of Babylon but in the Word of GOD. Even though he missed the noble and royal food of Judah/Jerusalem, the Word of GOD was his most cherished delicacy and means of communicating to/with the world.

So his decision was to avoid cultural change and stick with the Kingdom culture by making The KING’s Law is delight after all, he was a custodian of the same Law just as we all are as believers in this end time.

Time and Quality

“But beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the LORD one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
The LORD is not slack concerning His promises, as some count slackness, but is long suffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance” 2 Peter 3:8-9

Time as we know, is a human factor created by GOD for men to set up span of existence and milestones of achievements so as to know how often one is growing both in ages and in deeds (Psalm 90:12). It is used to study or measure the rate at which we grow or succeed and the sequence as well continuity of events. The question is “how does GOD put value on time?” “How does HE relate time with events and manifestations”?

Right from the Old Testament to the New, it shows that GOD is very particular about events more than HE is about time even though event is a function of time. GOD deals with the manifestation of HIS spoken Word and that is all that matters because in this manifestation, everything would be settled. HE does not work with time but with the way and sequence things are supposed to be.

What GOD really desire is the quality of what is being done . . . this is why 1000 years or 1 day does not really matter to HIM . . . all HE cares about is the quality of what is done during the period. This is why we must be careful about our walk and work with/in GOD. Even though GOD is longsuffering and would wait for thousand years if that is what it would take for HIS vessels on earth to realize whatever is needed for the manifestation of HIS glory, we should endeavour to submit ourselves unto HIM so that HIS Kingdom may reign supreme as soon as possible.

This must also be a warning for everyone who the LORD has given assignments for the enforcement of HIS Kingdom. The LORD has more than infinity to live or to reign on this “soon to be gone” earth but sadly, we do not have all the time in this world for our mortal body is everything but heavenly or eternal. This suggests that our relevance in GOD’s Kingdom is hinged on the quantity of the quality things we have accomplished through our wholehearted obedience to GOD that would determine our state of life in eternity.

There are some conditions that are to be met for GOD to do some certain things but the meeting of these conditions may take days or decades depending on the vessels that are responsible for these deeds . . . the best we can do is to let GOD use our time to bring forth the quality works HE desires to see.

GOD is never slack concerning HIS purpose but men who are failing to embody HIS covenant as agreed on the day of encounter. It is man that lacks the endurance to earnestly hope for GOD’s manifestation because GOD had already done HIS part and HE is waiting patiently for hearts to be inclined towards HIS heart and enduring our shortcomings in hope that we would one day get to where HE wants us to be.

1000days=1day and vice versa because whatever we are meant to realize and actualize had already been settled before time was made to be . . . so what HE is particular about is the sequence and the connection of what is done in eternity that should be evident on earth. GOD wants those who have knowledge understanding of GOD’s heart content and are ready to key themselves into its actualization.

HEAVEN ON EARTH

Before CHRIST will ultimately come the second time and wrought victory over the world and it’s wickedness, there is a kind of victory HE desires for His saints on earth . . .

Unlike we all have been made to believe, what CHRIST desires is beyond wroughting miracles that come in season or divination of what has happened or what is going to happen. Wat HE came for is far more than what Nathaniels if today are thinking with their natural minds.

No doubt, with JESUS in out lives, we would be able to connect the past, present and future together for a better living but beyond this, HIs desires for our lives cannot be held bound by times, seasons or chances.

Just like His response to Nathaniel, what HE earnestly desires is the seamless and unhindered interaction between heaven and earth. HE desires that the earth be filled with as many Gardens of Eden as possible so that the reality of Heaven will the same as the one on earth. HE came to establish that link between GOD and man. In truth, this is what GOD desires for everyone and that was the reason for His coming and sacrifice.

HE is the unbroken link between Heaven and earth. Heaven on earth is a settled reality but the question that remains is “How many saints have entered into this reality?’

Heaven on earth is the mystery that is supposed to be our normal day-to-day living. Heaven on earth is the Garden of Eden that GOD will build for any man who has acknowledged CHRIST as His head and is wiling to do the same for his eve and the children given to him . . .

Heaven on Earth is the real and actual miracle!

DAVIDIC LEADERSHIP: Leadership

2Samuel 7: 1-7

A LEADER’s destination is to a place where he would eventually becomes a RULER of those he leads and those he does not lead. At this point he would begin to reign in the affairs of men based on his decisions and the counsel of those he leads . . .

When the time to rule comes, those he has been leading would become governors, captains of fifties and thousands and caretakers of territories he rules. Leading is a prerequisite to rulership that also helps in grooming people that would lead groups of people in time of the ruler’s reign.

A ruler is one who has leaders capable of executing his commands on his behalf . . . But David’s rulership took an unusual path inclined towards the LORD after he had settled on the throne in Israel. He thought in his heart that The LORD should be honoured with a House that ‘befits’ HIM.

The Davidic Leadeship is that leadership that settles into the sovereign rulership of GOD who rules in the affairs of men. It was this understanding that made David’s leadership and rulership the best ever recorded before CHRIST came and showed us the perfected version.

And according to JESUS’ perfection of Davidic Leadership, the leader becomes empty of himself the moment he becomes a ruler and becomes filled with GOD and GOD alone. The path of Leadership according to GOD’s design is to make leaders (men) understand that leadership is man’s responsibility but rulership is the sovereign responsibility of GOD and function accordingly.

Indeed, the journey of Leadership is the journey that starts from being nothing to GOD to being NOTHING to the world! Leadership is a journey to DEATH (to self) and LIFE (in GOD).

Lead a Life through the path HE has set for you; let HIM rule your heart so that your end can be what HE had purposed for you before the beginning . . .

HE IS STILL THE WAY, TRUTH AND THE LIFE!

HE HAS NOT CHANGED AND HE WILL NEVER CHANGE!
